Community Events may be for fundraising or awareness and outreach. Those done for fund raising purposes are sometimes called Third-Party Events. A third-party fundraising or community event is any activity by a non-affiliated group or individual where Interval House has no fiduciary responsibility, and little or no staff involvement. They can be anything from bake sales with proceeds benefiting us to more complex events such as marathons and races. We are grateful for the community and volunteers who undertake such events as they further help us continue our work.
We also participate in many communithy health and awareness fairs. If you have an idea or plan for an event that will benefit Interval House please contact Development Assistant at 860-246-9149 ext. 313.
