Tammi Dulberger
Chair
Tammi Dulberger is an Actuary and insurance executive, having worked in the property and casualty insurance industry for over 30 years. She has held leadership roles at several insurers including Liberty Mutual, Ironshore, OneBeacon, Chubb and Travelers. She holds a bachelor’s degree in mathematics from Tufts University and is a Fellow of the Casualty Actuarial Society. Tammi has been a champion of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion at the organizations she has worked for, and previously served on the Board of Directors and Finance Committee for the YWCA Hartford Region.
Yvonne Alston
Vice Chair
Yvonne Alston is an accomplished leader and consultant with extensive experience in organizational culture transformation, and workforce and leadership development. As Chief Culture Architect, CEO & Founder of Indelible Impressions Consulting, she partners with organizations across sectors to strengthen leaders, build resilient teams, and create thriving, inclusive work and community spaces. Her expertise in organizational health and strategy is a valuable asset to the board as we advance our mission with impacted community members. Yvonne resides in Bloomfield, CT with her husband.
Rich Marciano
Treasurer
Rich Marciano is a seasoned professional with almost 15-years of experience in private wealth management. He specializes in planning and development of innovative investment strategies that align with clients’ long-term goals and risk tolerance. His expertise in investments and risk management will be a valuable asset to the board as we continue to build and preserve capital. Rich is a resident of Cromwell, CT where he resides with his wife, and two children.
Laura McLellan

Laura McLellan is an IT professional with over 30 years of experience spanning multiple industries, with recent leadership positions at insurance organizations including Hartford Steam Boiler, Aetna, and UnitedHealthcare. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics and Computer Science from Smith College and an MBA from Southern Methodist University. Dedicated to continuous learning, Laura is also deeply committed to community engagement, actively supporting the United Way, YWCA, and serving as a reader in Hartford’s Read to a Child program for the past eight years.
